I think that people should just shut up sometimes. There has been a lot of complaining and whining about how someone hates a certain art type, or how someone shouldn’t be popular on the internet because of such and such reasons.

There’s only a few things I would like to say about said complaints and bitching:

Shut. The fuck. Up.

These individuals work just as hard as you or me, and they didn’t decide to be popular, did they? It was pure chance if a “crappy” artist is popular. But seriously? Complaining and whining will get you NOWHERE in life. Internet popularity won’t, either. So just please, stop it already. Grow up.

If you don’t like it, don’t comment. About the “If I already saw it I can’t unsee it” rule: Just ignore it. There is such a thing as just moving on. Don;t stick your nose into everything.

All artists work hard on what they do. Everyone wants to be recognized. No, life is not fair, I never said it was, and I understand that some of you will never get anywhere in life. But trying is the key. Not complaining and bitching about someone else- it will do you no good. It will not improve your skills by hurting someone else’s feelings.

I actually hope that I get hate for this. Because it will just prove me right, and you wrong.

that’d kill the point of artist-confessions though. it’s not really bashing, it’s just confessing one’s thoughts on a certain thing about art, and an artist also doesn’t have to change because some kid said they did this or that, it’s still up to them.

hell, most artists that get posted on this blog don’t even know this exists anyway. 

besides that it brings up some decent discussions every now and then.
